Returns & Refounds

 

The products sold on www.spazio29.online (hereafter "the Site") are sold and invoiced by Spazio29 by Alessandro Giarrizzo, based in Via S.Eusebio, 35 - 09100Cagliari (CA), a company registered at C.C.I.A.A. of Cagliari, C.F. P. IVA n. 09876543.

 

1. Right of withdrawal

1.1 According to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, for online orders the Customer may terminate the Terms and Conditions and therefore the Purchase Agreement for any reason without the need to state reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

1.2 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in Section 5.1 above, Customer shall send a notice to FiloBlu within the terms indicated, at the following email address: spazio29@gmail.com, or use the appropriate form on the Site.

1.3 In case of withdrawal, the Customer will have to return the products at Spazio29 at his expense within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of his withdrawal, at the following address:

The merchandise must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and, where appropriate, used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without are signs of wear or dirt, subject to the following conditions:

the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to pursue only part of the purchased product (eg accessories, accessories, etc ...);
because the withdrawal is possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any accompanying documentation and accessories: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc ...);
shipping costs (and any customs charges, if any) for returning the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
the shipment, up to the proof of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Spazio29, is under the full responsibility of the customer;
in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Spazio29 will notify the Customer in order to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he chooses and obtain the corresponding refund; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
Spazio29 will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or in any case depending on the shipment for return.
 

5.4 Spazio29 will refund to the Customer the entire amount already paid within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal, by way of cancellation of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not bear any costs as a result of such reimbursement. Spazio29 may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer proves that he or she has correctly returned the Product if earlier.

5.5 In any case, the Customer will decline the right of withdrawal in cases where Spazio29 determines that:

the returned product and / or its accessories, and / or its packaging are not complete;
the product is missing its outer packaging and / or the original interior packaging;
the product lacks the same integrating elements and / or accessories (eg closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
 

In case of cancellation of the right of withdrawal, Spazio29 will return the shipped product to the sender, charging the shipment costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
